  1. Qualified all the requirements as an applicant;
  2. Passing the written exam, which covers research methodology and the chosen field of study;
  3. Passing the academic writing exam
  4. Passing the interview selection to assess the feasibility of the dissertation proposal and readiness for study.

The selection results are determined by a committee appointed by the Dean. The final decision will be communicated to applicants by the Directorate of Education and Teaching at UGM. This decision is final and cannot be contested.
